Chesapeake Ray

Ray Marinade

(Serves 4-6)

Ingredients

  • ½ cup balsamic vinegar
  • ¾ cup olive oil
  • 4-5 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 T cracked pepper blend (Montreal Steal Seasoning works)
  • 1 T salt

Procedure

Mix ingredients together and marinate ray at least 1 hour. Grill.
